CAREER TRANSITION PROGRAMS

Our confidential, flexible, “until placed” Outplacement Programs are designed to accommodate the specific needs of each individual participant. These programs vary according to the company’s and employee’s needs, and are prepared with the displaced employee’s future being the top priority. We provide a unique blend of technology and personal mentoring to each participant to guarantee a successful transition, utilizing classes, hand-outs, one-on-one meetings, interview/negotiation audio tapes, a state-of-the-art website, and our own Career Transition CD. We also provide low-cost “Spouse Relocation” programs for trailing spouses moving families to new areas.

TALENT ACQUISITION and RECRUITING PROGRAMS

We provide Search Solutions by identifying candidates making $40-150K annually. Our efforts, using a “contained” (50% up front, nothing else until candidate is placed) approach, quickly supply a viable, qualified candidate stream. Miramonte HRM employs experienced Human Resource recruiters to locate, interview and present qualified candidates using a flat-rate fee agreement, saving clients thousands of dollars (rather than the customary, inflated percentage-based fees used in the search industry).

COACHING, COMPLIANCE, DIVERSITY/INCLUSION, SUPERVISORY MANAGING PROGRAMS

Programs tailored to a firm’s specific compliance, training, and performance issues are delivered in online and/or interactive class module format, with the online versions (Learning on Demand) offered in differing formats and time spans for a lasting, immediate impact on selected groups or levels of employees. The custom or standard modules vary in content and scope, addressing the issues managers and employees face in today’s workplace, from diversity to communications to coaching. Executive Coaching sessions are customized to address the precise issues needing improvement and are delivered during a series of in-depth consultations with the employee(s).

GENERAL HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Miramonte HRM delivers comprehensive HR solutions, on- and off-site, and in project or outsourced basis for risk assessment audits, HR ON CALL and HR ON SITE, strategic planning, Affirmative Action Programs, OFCCP Audit Management, HR policy/manual development or review, HR system software, and Web- or PC-based payroll systems. We partner with The HRM Group to effectively produce superior results in these areas.
